Job Description - Client Account Manager

Lane Valente Industries is a Leading International construction and facility maintenance company with offices throughout the U.S. and Canada.
We have a strong in-house group of field technicians that services top U.S. corporations and are supported by top notch managers in our offices.
We are always looking for talented people driven to be highly productive members of the team with an emphasis on integrity and learning.

CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: Client Account Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Work directly with Clients, Operations Teams and Information Management Team via telephone and email
Project progress tracking and quote development. HVAC industry is a plus
Communications with internal service team and external vendor service team
Running reports and following up on all service requests within your range
Applicants must have a background in project management, computing skills (including Microsoft Office programs and tools), and be a dependable team player.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Experience within the HVAC industry is a plus.
