Position: Client Account Representative

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $800 - $950 per week

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our company and our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.  

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.


• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.


• Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.


• Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports.


• Monitor client account performance and identify opportunities for growth.


• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


• Proven experience in client account management or customer service.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Ability to analyze data and generate client reports.


• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
