About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager to join a growing accounting advisory team supporting privately held businesses. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with strong experience in post-acquisition accounting, Purchase Price Accounting (PPA), Net Working Capital (NWC) true-ups, financial reporting, and accounting process improvements.

You will work directly with clients, lead complex accounting engagements, support mergers and acquisitions, and help organizations build scalable accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

  Lead post-close accounting engagements following mergers and acquisitions.

  Prepare opening balance sheet adjustments and Purchase Price Accounting (PPA) schedules.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage Net Working Capital (NWC) true-up processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Support accounting integration activities after acquisitions.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide technical accounting guidance in accordance with U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606.

  
  


• 
  

  Review financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead ERP implementations, accounting system migrations, and process improvement initiatives.

  
  


• 
  

  Design accounting procedures, reporting structures, and internal controls.

  
  


• 
  

  Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements.

  
  


• 
  

  Review work prepared by accounting staff and mentor junior team members.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage multiple client projects while maintaining exceptional service quality.

  
  

Required Qualifications

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  
  


• 
  

  5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
