- Compensation. $100–120K/year, commensurate with experience.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a CPA firm.
- Strong background in client accounting services: financial statement preparation, month-end close, year-end close with adjustments, reconciliations, and management reporting.
- Supervisory experience—ability to review staff work and provide coaching.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and other CAS/accounting tech tools.
- CPA license preferred (or actively pursuing).
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
You must be one to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrate a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, manage multiple priorities, and be willing to put in extra effort during peak periods to support client needs.
