Desort is scaling nationwide and seeking a Client Acquisition Consultant to drive new business, secure hiring partnerships, and expand our footprint across multiple professional sectors including Dental, Medical, Veterinary, Optometry, and Legal.

This role is built for a confident, polished communicator who excels at outreach, relationship‑building, and converting prospects into long‑term clients. You will represent a fast‑growing recruitment brand known for premium service, speed, and consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert new client opportunities


• Build and manage a strong pipeline of high‑value prospects


• Conduct outreach, present Desort’s recruitment solutions, and secure new hiring partnerships


• Strengthen Desort’s presence across multiple industries


• Work closely with internal recruiters to ensure seamless, high‑quality placements


• Provide insights on hiring trends, compensation, and market demand


• Represent the Desort brand with professionalism, urgency, and authority

Compensation (Commission‑Only)

• Recommended earnings range: $60,000 – $100,000+ annually, depending on performance
