Our client, a white-glove third-party service provider that is integral in the construction & development process, seeks an experienced Client Administrator to join their growing, entrepreneurial team.
The Client Administrator works closely with the Director of Field Operations to ensure that requested proceeds for construction are in alignment with on-site improvements and industry standards. They have familiarity with both construction accounting, understand the norms of the construction industry, and are able to discern red flags, potential delays, and estimated costs.
This role is an in-office environment full-time for at least the first several months, in a beautiful, well-appointed office in Old Town Pasadena, near public transit. Hybrid schedule is available upon satisfactory performance and agreement.
