Compensation: $30,000 – $60,000 in your first year


The Opportunity


We’re growing our award-winning sales team at Giles Automotive Group and are looking for motivated Client Advisors who want more than just a job... they want a career! This role is the perfect entry point into the automotive industry, offering hands-on training, career development, and unlimited earning potential in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

  • Compensation: $30,000 base salary plus bonuses. Most Client Advisors earn $50,000 in their first 12 months

What We’re Looking For


You don’t need automotive sales experience to succeed, we’re looking for people with great energy, customer service skills, and a drive to grow. Experience working with the public is a plus.

What You’ll Do




  • Welcome customers and help match them with the right vehicle




  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate product features




  • Present pricing, financing options, and close sales




  • Support customers through the buying process and vehicle delivery




  • Maintain relationships through calls, emails, texts, and appointments




  • Participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and personal marketing efforts




Schedule




  • Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM




  • Friday–Saturday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM




  • Closed Sundays




  • One weekday off each week and early evenings (5:30 PM) every other day
