Client Advocate

Essential Responsibilities:

• THIS IS A FULL TIME, ONSITE POSITION. 
• Responds to customer inquiries and issues with thoroughness, professionalism, & in a timely manner.
• Efficiently processes administrative tasks as assigned, adjusting workload for occasional outbound calling or data input projects.

Essential Duties:

• Be able to communicate professionally with clients
• Outbound/inbound calling projects
• Answer incoming calls and fielding appropriately through an automatic dialer
• Transfers viable leads to My Senior Health Plan Inc. sales team
• Completes intake of prospect and client data through CRM (Salesforce).
• Data entry of incoming leads
• General data input
• Respond to client emails
• Customer service
• Organizes, files, and faxes applications and documents
• Back-up to all Administrative functions
• Working closely with the Administrative Team to continue development

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or experience in lieu of)
• +3 years of administrative/clerical experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Experience with CRMs
• Excellent phone presence
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Professional and personable demeanor
• Highly organized
• Detail-oriented
• Proficiency with all MS Office applications
• Excellent multi-tasker
• Eagerness to learn new tasks and grow with the company
• Initiative to take on additional responsibilities
• Open and enthusiastic about coaching
• Maintains a sense of urgency with all tasks
• Experience with auto-dialer preferred
