Client Associate

Your role

A Client Associate services clients and provides operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Educate clients on account services and capabilities
* Input data in to financial planning tools
* Assist with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
* Ensure appropriate documentation is collated for new accounts and service request

Your team

You'll be working in the Boulder office.
Key Deliverables:
* Leverage communications channels to enhance relationships with clients
* Maintain management systems with up to date client information
* Organize logistics for team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
* Provide team with calendar detailing daily, weekly and monthly activities
* Identify service opportunities for clients.

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - Colorado - Boulder min USD 55000 - max USD 65000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
