Client Billing Specialist (Legal)

We are seeking an experienced Client Billing Specialist to join a well\-established legal billing team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and process client invoices in a high\-volume legal billing environment
  


• Support billing for assigned attorneys, ensuring accuracy and compliance with billing guidelines
  


• Collaborate closely with billing, collections, and accounting teams
  


• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to internal and external inquiries
  


• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of legal billing experience required
  


• Hands\-on experience with Elite / 3E billing software
  


• Bachelor’s degree required
  


• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
