Job Description - Client Care & Support Specialist

We're seeking a Client Care & Support Specialist who enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering dependable, thoughtful service. In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for our customers—answering questions, guiding next steps, and ensuring every interaction feels clear, supportive, and professional.

This fully remote position is ideal for individuals looking for flexibility and meaningful work. What You'll Do

Communicate with customers via email, phone, and messaging platforms

Provide accurate, friendly, and timely support based on individual needs

Follow up to ensure questions are fully resolved and customers feel supported

Use internal tools and systems to manage daily support tasks
