As a Care Operations Specialist, you'll be one of the humans behind the technology — reviewing AI interactions, stepping in when a senior needs a real voice on the line, and making sure no one falls through the cracks. This is a role where your work is felt every day — by the seniors you speak with, and by the product team that relies on your observations to make the technology better.
No tech background required. If you're patient, organized, and good with people — especially seniors — you're who we're looking for.
This is a hybrid role based in Austin, Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
Review AI call interactions — listen to and evaluate recorded conversations between our virtual assistant and clients, flagging anything that needs a follow-up or missed the mark
Make outbound calls to seniors and their families — you're warm, clear, and calm when someone is confused, hesitant, or frustrated with the automated process
Schedule assessments — guide clients through next steps and make sure their care assessment gets booked
Document everything — log call outcomes, patterns, and feedback accurately in our CRM so the operations and product teams can act on what you're seeing
Flag issues to the team — if something keeps going wrong, you speak up; your observations directly improve the product
Follow your shift schedule — this is a structured, shift-based role with predictable hours
Requirements:
Comfortable on the phone with older adults — patient, warm, and able to explain things clearly without rushing
Detail-oriented — you document accurately and notice when something's off
Tech-comfortable — you don't need to be an engineer, but you're willing to learn new tools and platforms
Dependable — shift-based work means showing up and being present during your hours
Any of the following backgrounds is a great fit: home care, caregiving, medical or dental admin, senior living, call center, customer service, or healthcare scheduling
