Client Care Coordinator

This position combines client care coordination with business development and marketing efforts to grow our presence in Bend, OR. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage client intake and scheduling to ensure timely and personalized service delivery.


• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Home Instead’s senior care services within the Bend community.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, families, and community partners.


• Conduct client assessments and provide ongoing communication to address client needs and satisfaction.


• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless client experiences.


• Represent Home Instead at community events and networking opportunities to generate referrals.

Requirements

• Experience in client care coordination, business development, marketing, or related fields.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships in a fast-paced environment.


• Familiarity with senior care services or healthcare industry is a plus.


• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.


• Reliable transportation to travel locally for community engagement.
