Here at Caring Senior Service of Oakland County South, we provide compassionate non-medical in-home care to seniors in our community, supporting their independence through personal care assistance, help with household tasks, transportation for errands and appointments, and offering companionship. Our mission is to help seniors remain healthy, happy, and at home—and we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Field Care Manager!
You’ll be the bridge between our clients, caregivers, and office team—providing leadership in the field, maintaining high standards of care, and helping seniors thrive in the comfort of their own home!
Client Care Supervision
Conduct in-home supervisory visits to assess care quality and client satisfaction
Perform comprehensive assessments and update service plans based on clients changing needs
Address client concerns and build lasting relationships with clients and their families
Demonstrate proper care techniques and ensure safe home environments
Coordinate with healthcare providers and community services as needed
Caregiver Field Support
Introduce caregivers to new clients and provide hands on training
Observe and evaluate caregiver performance during visits
Offer coaching, mentorship, and guidance to caregivers as needed
Respond to caregiver concerns and assist with adapting to client condition changes
Support new caregivers in the field and share best care practices
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Conduct quality assurance visits and monitor service delivery
Ensure compliance with care standards and regulations
Collect client feedback and identify opportunities for service improvements
Document all observations and incidents accurately
Participate in internal quality improvement initiatives
Supervisory experience in home care, healthcare, senior care or a related field - Required
Strong skills in client assessment, care planning, and documentation - Required
Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience in quality assurance and service improvement
Ability to work independently, manage time well, and solve problems on the go
Knowledge of home care regulations and caregiver support best practices
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to travel within the service area
Willingness and ability to perform hands-on caregiving when needed- CNA, LPN, RN, or other healthcare certifications is a plus
