Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Care Specialist. As a crucial member of our team, you will work directly with our clients, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. This includes phone calls, emails, and in-person walk ins. You will serve as the primary receptionist at our storefront! This role is compensated at $16.00/hour.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally 
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client orders
• Provide clients with information on our preservation process, pricing, and timelines
• Mitigate client concerns with empathy, working to ensure the best experience for each individual

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Experience in a client-facing role, especially in a service-oriented industry in preferred
