 We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to own and optimize all of our texting communications with clients and prospects. From appointment reminders and event invites to lead follow-up and value-driven updates, this person will be the voice behind our SMS channel—helping us stay connected, responsive, and relevant.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily texting outreach to clients and prospects using our SMS platforms (e.g., HighLevel, Twilio, etc.)  
• Craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages for various stages of the client journey  
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and service teams to align messaging with campaigns and client needs  
• Monitor responses, reply in real-time or escalate when necessary  
• Track metrics (response rates, conversions, engagement) and continuously improve messaging  
• Maintain compliance with all relevant texting and communication regulations  
• Segment audiences for more personalized and timely messages

• Have experience managing SMS/texting platforms (especially in a sales or client-service environment)  
• Understand tone, timing, and personalization in communication  
• Are tech-savvy and detail-oriented with excellent writing skills
