Parmele Disability Advocates is seeking a full-time Client Concierge to join our growing team. Our Client Concierge team are the voice and support system for clients facing challenging times. This role combines exceptional communication skills, administrative expertise, empathy, and critical thinking to deliver an outstanding client experience both on the phone and behind the scenes.

You’ll be part of a dedicated team that plays a vital role in supporting clients and ensuring their cases are handled with care and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between clients and the Social Security Administration (SSA)

Respond to and resolve client inquiries with professionalism and empathy

Gather and document case information from clients

Monitor deadlines and prepare necessary correspondence

Perform general administrative tasks to support case progression

Qualifications

Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Prior customer service experience required

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Capable of staying calm and focused under pressure

Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
