Client Customer Service Resepentative- Financial - Excellent Benefits Package

Job Description :

• Supports clients in addressing and resolving operational issues and ensuring requests are executed. Applies problem solving skills, judgement, and experience to analyze information. 
• Uses communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base
• Manage client onboarding requests and client servicing requests like updating statement address, issue secure token, data amendments, etc.
• Resolves client issues or inquires, as needed
• Assign the requests to other internal teams where required and ensure the request is completed
• Leads and participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience
• No 3rd party interactions. All the interactions is with the internal teams 
• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• 5-7 years of total work experience in financial services
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred
