What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care based on individualized care plans
• Monitor and document patient condition using electronic charting
• Support and educate clients and their families
• Collaborate with care teams and attend required training

What You’ll Need:

• Active LPN or RN license in Missouri or Compact State
• Strong communication, time management, and clinical skills
• A compassionate, professional, and self-motivated approach
• Availability for evening shifts (part-time or PRN)
