What You’ll Do:

• Deliver skilled nursing care based on the individualized plan of care
• Monitor, document, and report patient status using electronic charting
• Support and educate patients and families in the home setting
• Collaborate with care teams and participate in ongoing training

What You’ll Need:

• Active LPN or RN license in Missouri or Compact State
• Weekend availability (day and/or overnight shifts)
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently with a compassionate and professional approach
