What You’ll Do:

• Deliver skilled, personalized nursing care based on the plan of care
• Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition
• Educate and support clients and their families
• Use electronic charting and attend team training as needed

What You’ll Need:

• Active LPN or RN license in Missouri or Compact State
• Evening and/or weekend availability
• A caring, dependable, and professional approach
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently
