Overview

The Client Executive's goal is to ensure delivery of exceptional service to Gallagher’s clients by championing Branch initiatives and priorities, proactively managing
complex accounts and mentoring team members

How you'll make an impact

Communicate resources available within Gallagher to fill white space needs (Pharmacy Practice, Retirement, GGB, HR
Consulting, Voluntary Benefits, etc.)
Responsible for Client Service Cycle
Independently manage accounts increasing in complexity and funding type based on experience
Maintains direct account responsibility and is a strategic relationship manager and client liaison
Accountable for 95% retention on assigned group of clients
Provide guidance, training and mentorship to new hires, account management, team resources, and anyone that needs
assistance
Work closely with account management and resources to prioritize workflow, ensure accountability and follow-through
Independently address and resolve internal and external challenges
Keep clients well-informed of compliance related issues
Identify client needs, provide solutions while leading and managing strategic objectives for clients
Work with account management team to ensure compliance with local Gallagher office and corporate standards
Develop, cultivate and maintain positive relationships within the branch, with clients and with vendor partners
Leverage Gallagher resources, available tools, established work products and advanced knowledge, maximize efficiency and
effectiveness in client deliverables
Manage client and vendor expectations to ensure timely delivery of requests
Drive and foster innovation; don’t be satisfied with the status quo! Generate new and practical ideas, always look to improve
current processes and procedures
Maintain up-to-date records in Document Management System (DMS) and Gallagher’s Client Management System (Benefit
Point
Comply with Gallagher’s processes, BOSS standards and office initiatives
Complete training and professional development to gain understanding of the insurance industry and Gallagher Benefit Services processes
Exemplify the highest ethical standards, promote ethical behavior and uphold The Gallagher Way

About You

Required :
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience
–OR–
High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
Previous experience in managing client relationships essential.
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred :
Broker/Consulting experience
Insurance knowledge
Solid financial acumen

Oversees Client Service Cycle and renewal process
Accountable for compliance of GBS standards
Trains more junior staff on established policies, practices, products and services
Actively seeks to develop and enhance professional skills
Demonstrates composure, stamina and resilience under pressure
Builds knowledge of Gallagher tools, systems and shared resources
Is willing to go the “Extra Mile” to achieve results that benefit the client, the Branch and Gallagher
Accountable for managing client relationship by serving as a strategic relationship partner and client liaison
Is able to adapt quickly to a variety of circumstances, and change approach when necessary
