CLIENT EXPERIENCE ADMINISTRATOR, Los Angeles

UOVO, the nation’s leading provider of storage and services for art, fashion, wine, archives, and

collectibles, seeks a Client Experience Administrator to join its dynamic and growing team. As the first

point of contact for all incoming visitors, the Client Experience Administrator is responsible for providing exceptional client service while fielding inquiries and fulfilling requests. The Client Experience Administrator liaises with internal teams to arrange for viewings, appointments, and special events, as needed. Additionally, this person is responsible for upholding a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients, vendors, and staff.
This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with 1-2 years’ client-facing, administrative experience who is passionate about art and culture. The successful candidate will possess strong written and interpersonal communication skills, have a positive attitude, be technologically adept, and be a collaborative team player. Experience in and enthusiasm for the art world is valued. Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with tact is a must.
Core Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors by answering questions and fulfilling requests in person
Answer and direct incoming calls and email inquiries appropriately and swiftly
Verify access control credentials for all visitors, ensuring that facility security measures are upheld
Generate database inquiries, profiles, and notes for all incoming prospects
Maintain consistent brand voice across all channels of written, verbal and social media communication
Manage department budgets in conjunction with the processing and reconciliation of incoming invoices, client gifts, and office expenses
Maintain shared calendars with adherence to company standards
Promote an inclusive, welcoming office culture through development of staff birthday calendars, execution of local Staff Art Shows, and setup for monthly lunches
Perform essential administrative functions, including ordering office and kitchen supplies, managing mail flow for internal teams, and providing cross functional support
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years’ relevant work experience required
Motivated, attentive, and reliable team player able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to support multiple concurrent projects
Exceptional administrative, written, communication, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Professional and courteous demeanor, both in person and on the phone
Fluency in Spanish is required
Ability to carry up to 25 pounds in support of incoming and outgoing mail or other projects
Knowledge of art and/or fashion preferred

This position requires on-site presence at UOVO’s Los Angeles facility five days a week (Monday-Friday, 8:40-5:10). Administrator may occasionally be asked to work additional hours, including weekends.
