Job Description - Client Experience Liaison & Receptionist


At Desert Hills Animal Clinic, we believe exceptional client experiences are just as important as exceptional medicine. We’re searching for a Client Experience Liaison & Receptionist who is professional, compassionate, organized, and energized by creating meaningful connections with clients and pets alike.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence and kindness, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and efficient hospital experience from the moment clients walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities



  • Foster a culture built on our values: Respect, Learning, Do the Right Thing, WOW Service, and Fun

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism

  • Serve as a communication liaison between clients and the medical team

  • Schedule appointments and manage phone, email, and client communications

  • Support smooth patient flow and front desk operations

  • Review estimates, invoices, treatment plans, and discharge instructions with clients

  • Maintain accurate medical records and client information

  • Assist in resolving client concerns with professionalism and compassion

  • Help maintain an organized, welcoming reception area

  • Support the team wherever needed


What Makes You a Great Fit



  • Previous veterinary reception, customer service, or medical office experience preferred

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-standard environment

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Professional, calm, and compassionate with clients and teammates

  • Confident handling phones, scheduling, and client interactions

  • A positive team player passionate about client care
