Westside Build is redefining how homes are designed and constructed on LA’s Westside through innovation, efficiency, and thoughtful execution. In collaboration with Westside Design, we combine decades of high-end residential and spec-building experience with advanced fabrication and construction technologies to deliver exceptional homes at an approachable price point. In response to recent wildfires, we’re committed to helping communities rebuild faster, smarter, and better. By leveraging digitized fabrication, offsite construction, and streamlined processes, we reduce inefficiencies, control costs, and accelerate timelines—bringing a modern, resilient approach to building for today’s world.

As a Client Experience Manager you own the end-to-end client experience!

You will shepherd homeowners through the complexities of modern construction, ensuring they feel known, supported, and confident at every milestone. You are the "face and feel" of our firm—an expert communicator who can translate technical progress into a warm, elevated narrative.

You will build deep relationships by understanding each client’s personal story, preferences, and milestones.  This role will coordinate meaningful gifts and celebrations to managing communication across design and construction phases, you’ll ensure every interaction feels seamless, warm, and elevated.

You’ll also bring the Westside Build brand to life—hosting and supporting client, company, and community events, serving as a polished, approachable ambassador in every setting. Equal parts connector, curator, and advocate, you’ll turn complex builds into memorable, high-touch experiences clients rave about long after move-in day!

 

 

Ideal Profile and Experience

  • You are a naturally relationship-driven person with exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills
  • Experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, design, construction, or client services preferred
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients, events, and timelines simultaneously
  • Discreet, proactive, and deeply attentive to detail
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, construction, and leadership teams
  • Discreet and professional with sensitive client information and high-visibility relationships
  • Tech-proficient (CRM tools, spreadsheets, calendars, light project tracking tools)
