You will: 

• Welcome new clients with warm calls and in‑home assessments focused on needs, preferences, and goals. 

• Build relationships through regular home visits, check‑ins, and thoughtful follow‑ups. 

• Partner with the Booker team to match the right care partner to each client. 

• Lead introductions between clients and care partners so everyone starts off comfortably and connected. 

• Capture what matters in our systems so the whole team can support an amazing client journey. 

You are: 

• Experienced in home care, healthcare, or another people‑centered field, ideally with some leadership background. 

• A self‑starter who can juggle multiple clients, visits, and priorities without losing the human touch. 

• Tech‑comfortable, organized, and energized by being out in the field.
