Client Experience Specialist - Front Desk

We’re looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Experience Specialist. This role is essential to delivering the level of hospitality and attention to detail our guests expect.

This position goes beyond a traditional front desk role—you’ll play a key part in keeping the dealership running smoothly while ensuring every guest feels welcomed and taken care of.

🌟 What You’ll Do

Guest Experience & Front Desk

• Greet every guest promptly with a warm, professional approach


• Answer and manage incoming calls efficiently and accurately


• Direct clients to the appropriate department or team member


• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished front desk area at all times

Hospitality & Showroom Experience

• Maintain and refresh the guest lounge and coffee/snack areas throughout the day


• Ensure all hospitality areas are clean, stocked, and presentable


• Help create a comfortable, high-end environment for every visitor

Administrative Support

• Assist with daily operational tasks across departments


• Accurately log and track key dealership items and activity


• Support internal systems and basic data entry tasks

Team Support

• Work closely with sales and service teams to help ensure a smooth customer experience


• Assist with follow-ups and internal communication when needed
