We are actively hiring Client Experience Travel Specialists to deliver personalized, high-quality travel planning and support to clients. In this fully remote role, you will assist with researching, coordinating, and booking customized travel experiences while ensuring a seamless client journey from inquiry to return.
No prior travel industry experience is required. Training and onboarding are provided. Multiple openings available.
Consult with clients to understand travel plans, preferences, and budgets
Research and book flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
Design customized itineraries tailored to client needs
Provide exceptional client communication via phone, email, and online platforms
Manage confirmations, itinerary updates, changes, and cancellations
Maintain accurate client profiles and booking documentation
Resolve travel-related inquiries professionally and efficiently
Stay updated on destination information, supplier promotions, and travel policies
Strong customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously
Comfortable using online systems and digital booking platforms
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Must be 18+ years old
Must reside in an eligible hiring region
