Position Summary

The Client Fulfillment Technician is an essential part of our team, helping ensure customers get accurate shipping information quickly and efficiently. You'll follow processes, suggest improvements, and work closely with the fulfillment team to support company goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Check and respond to emails
• Process order fulfillments
• Process return authorizations for cores
• Create shipping labels and bills of lading (BOL) as necessary
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery
• Follow up and/or resolve shipping issues if they arise
• Work with customers to assist in return of core parts
• Complete all daily and weekly tasks listed on the 'Employee’s Responsibilities Sheet' (distributed by Team Lead)
• Assist Sales department with fulfillment issues
• Handle inbound customer calls
• Ensure customer records are accurate and up to date
• Correspond with vendors to process returns
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and excellent client relationships
• Follow the HHP system and report any problems to management immediately
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• Highest attention to detail and willingness to provide support at all levels to get the job done
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening
• Fosters good coworker citizenship and contributes to a positive work environment
