We are currently expanding our team in New York with two remote Client Liaison positions on a 40-hour-per-week, at-will employment basis with a 1-month probation period.

Your Responsibilities

You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through project updates and addressing inquiries related to our construction management services. Your day-to-day work involves coordinating communication between internal project teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that client needs align with our operational execution. You will also manage documentation, track project milestones from a client perspective, and help maintain the trusted relationships that form the foundation of our community and client commitments.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in customer service, client management, or a related role within construction or a similar project-based industry

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective daily coordination with diverse stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple client inquiries and project timelines simultaneously with attention to detail

Your First Months at CMC Development & Construction

In your first months, you will have taken on active client portfolios, learned our internal communication workflows, and established direct touchpoints with our active construction projects. You will quickly become familiar with our project management cadence and begin shipping reliable, clear updates to the clients who trust us with their developments.

Compensation

The salary for this role is USD 3,500–5,200 per month.
