Responsibilities:
Gallagher Benefit Services is looking to add a Benefits Account Manager to its growing small business team.

Build and solidify relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing care.
Take a leadership role in the renewal process, ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to the client in a high-quality & timely manner.
Prepare RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, support negotiations, analyze and spreadsheet proposal results, and develop the client presentations.

Manage an assigned book of business and build, expand, and solidify relationships with existing clients.
Leads appropriate resources to address the client's needs.
May coordinate the work of administrative support and customer service.

Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
Life, Accident and Health license required in the state of MA.

Preferred Behaviors:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to quickly determine critical issues.
Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.
