Job Description - Client Onboarding Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking organized and service-driven professionals to join our team as Client Onboarding Coordinator. In this fully remote role, you will guide new clients through the onboarding process, assist with travel research and booking coordination, and ensure all arrangements are accurate, complete, and aligned with client expectations.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy structured processes, clear communication, and delivering a smooth, positive first experience for clients. No prior industry experience is required — comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through the onboarding and booking process from start to finish

  • Collect and verify client information to ensure accurate reservations

  • Communicate clearly and professionally via email, phone, and online platforms

  • Provide general destination and itinerary information

  • Maintain detailed and organized client records

  • Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy

  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings
