Job Description - Client Partner Post Sale

Perion is a global advertising technology company delivering solutions to the biggest brands and publishers around the globe across search, social media and display, video, CTV, and programmatic DOOH.


Home to an award-winning technology solution –– with our unique data-driven AI/ML based technologies, we deliver and optimize hundreds of terabytes of data and billions of events per day. We’re working with dozens of sources to provide a superior experience across screens and platforms, including mobile, video, social and native.

We are looking for a Client Partner—Post Sale based in the East Coast or Central time zones. If you have a passion for digital advertising, a knack for building strong client partnerships, and a results-driven mindset, we want to hear from you!


 


Job Responsibilities:



  • Act as single point of contact for daily client communication

  • Maintains account stability & ensures client retention via white glove service and proactive communication

  • Coordinate campaign workflow cross departmentally to ensure campaign success

  • Analyze reporting and share results with clients in a recurring manner

  • Creates campaign recommendations and optimization plans to hit all client KPIs

  • Generates additional revenue via strategic incremental / renewal opportunities

  • Owns troubleshooting and finds solutions to internal & external challenges

  • Successfully maintain a book of up to 30 campaigns across 2-3 AEs


 


Profile and Experience:



  • A minimum of 2 of digital media experience in a client facing role

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required

  • A highly motivated professional with a proven track record in a client facing role

  • Strong knowledge of digital campaign metrics and goals (i.e. - CTR, CPA, etc.)

  • Experience managing client communication and expectations in a deadline-driven environment

  • 3rd party reporting / tagging experience preferred

  • Experience working in Salesforce preferred 

  • Proficient in Excel & PPT
