Client Payment Specialist, Onsite, Limassol

Emerald Zebra is partnering with a leading international FinTech group with more than 400,000 clients worldwide to recruit a Client Payment Specialist for their expanding Limassol team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented payments professional to join a fast-paced fintech environment, working with a high volume of transactions and collaborating with global financial institutions, payment providers, and internal teams.

The Role:

• Process a large daily volume of transactions in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely execution of transfers between banks, payment providers and market counterparties.
• Handle client payment operations including deposits, withdrawals, exceptional cases, and supporting client managers.
• Identify and escalate suspicious or potentially fraudulent activities.
• Enter, verify and analyse transactional data within internal systems; work confidently with large datasets.
• Liaise with external parties such as banks, payment systems and financial service providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Support, Finance, Compliance/AML, Custody and Reconciliation.
• Contribute to process automation, system enhancements, and testing of new tools and products.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a bank, forex company or investment firm.
• Strong understanding of payment processes, standards and methods (SWIFT, SEPA).
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, large tables, data analysis).
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle large transaction volumes accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent Russian and English (B2 - C1 level).
• Team player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What's Offered:

• Salary Range: EUR 45,000 - 57,000 gross/year
