Job Description - Client Physician Coordinator

Position Summary: 


We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Senior Client Physician Coordinator to join our growing team.  This role will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between physicians and clients, enhancing relationships, and maintaining administrative efficiency. 


 


Essential Roles and Responsibilities:



  • Schedule physicians for evaluations and other services as needed

  • Contact physician offices to notify them of upcoming evaluation dates and assist with referrals

  • Foster and enhance relationships with physicians and clients to ensure seamless collaboration

  • Utilize internal client relationship management systems to track and manage scheduling, referrals, and other tasks

  • Coordinate and respond to physician scheduling needs, ensuring proper alignment with evaluation requirements

  • Perform administrative duties including answering phones, maintaining and sorting medical documents, and handling correspondence

  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in maintaining medical and client documentation

  • Act as a liaison between physicians, clients, and internal teams to provide timely updates and resolve and scheduling or administrative issues


 


Qualifications and Preferred Skills:



  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative or coordination role, preferably within the healthcare or workers compensation field

  • Highly motivated, detail oriented, and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Displays confidence when interacting with physicians and medical professionals

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other technical systems for documentation and scheduling

  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with a service -oriented mindset

  • Demonstrates strong relationship-building abilities and a collaborative approach when working with teams

  • Knowledge of workers’ compensation processes is a plus

  • Familiarity with Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) is a plus

The salary range for this position is provided as an estimate based on current market conditions and company benchmarks.
