Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required 0-3 years of total work experience is preferred Experience in brokerage processing is preferred Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business Excellent communication and writing abilities Attention to detail Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload Excel experience - functional with spreadsheets and basic navigation including basic formulas Prior payments processing experience preferred Prior experience working with a fee schedule and applying payments preferred Prior mortgage loan processing experience desired
