Note: You will operate as a partner, not an employee. You will utilize our exclusive partnerships with major cruise lines and travel vendors to build your own brand, client list, and revenue stream.

Professional Profile & Requirements

We prioritize drive, coachability, and a sales-oriented mindset over prior industry experience. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

  • Core Traits: Self-discipline, results-orientation, and customer empathy.
  • Essential Skills: Strong verbal communication, organizational abilities, and a foundational interest in sales and tourism.
  • Location: Must be an adult resident of the USA or Mexico.

Business Responsibilities

As the CEO of your own travel brand, your core responsibilities include:

  • Business Development: Actively marketing your services through digital outreach and networking to secure new clients.
  • Consultation & Planning: Researching, planning, and booking detailed travel packages and custom itineraries tailored to client preferences.
  • Client Relationship Management: Providing end-to-end support (pre-trip, during-trip, and post-trip) to ensure high satisfaction and generate repeat business/referrals.
  • Brand Identity: Establishing and growing your unique identity in the competitive travel market.

Compensation & Support

This is a pure business opportunity with performance-based, uncapped earnings.
