Compensation: $42,000 - $60,000 BOE

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and personable Client Relations Associate to join our team. This role serves as the primary liaison between Ninth Planet and our clients, ensuring seamless communication, project coordination, and exceptional service throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear and timely communication.


• Coordinate production timelines, inventory needs, delivery schedules, and other project-related details with clients and internal departments.


• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, production milestones, and service issues using our CRM and production management tools.


• Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.


• Collaborate with the operations, quality assurance, and shipping teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.


• Monitor and manage client feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to process enhancements.


• Provide updates, reports, and documentation to clients as required, including production summaries and inventory reports.


• Support new client onboarding and product launch processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer service (preferably in a manufacturing or production environment).


• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google and CRM systems


• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
