We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Entry-Level Client Relations Associate to join our growing team and represent our clients' brands during in-person marketing campaigns. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, promoting our clients' products, and helping to boost brand awareness. You will develop essential skills to build long-lasting customer and client relationships in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service, educating customers on the benefits of client products and services.
Create unique customer experiences during in-field marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and build customer loyalty.
Plan and execute strategic in-field marketing campaigns tailored to local regions, aiming to increase client visibility and revenue.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, ensuring consistent communication and driving brand growth.
Work closely with management to ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with overall marketing goals.
