Client Relations Associate Entry Level

We specialize in on-site promotional campaigns and live fundraising events for a variety of 501c3 nonprofit organizations. Our mission is to create powerful brand experiences, raise awareness for important causes, and generate donations through direct, face-to-face marketing. As our client list continues to grow, we are expanding our team to maintain exceptional service and deliver outstanding results.

What You Will Do

As a Client Relations Associate, you will serve as the bridge between our clients and the communities they serve. You will help plan and execute high-impact fundraising events, engage with attendees, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and consistent follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support event planning and execution alongside event managers

• Serve as a point of contact for nonprofit clients during campaigns

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication

• Engage with event attendees, answer questions, and promote client missions

• Assist with setup, breakdown, and logistics at community-based fundraising events

• Track and report event performance, client feedback, and donor engagement metrics

• Help ensure client expectations are met and campaign goals are exceeded

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude

• Flexible schedule – some evenings and weekends required for events

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or public-facing roles is a plus

• Interest in nonprofit work, marketing, or community outreach preferred
