Job Description - Client Relations Associate/Receptionist (Full Time In-Office)

Description

Golden Reserve is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be part of our high-performing Scheduling Team. We run TV Shows, Radio Shows, Ads and other marketing activity across 7 cities generating phone calls and web forms that have to be handled with extreme care. The Client Relations Associate is dedicated to handling those inbound leads by following our scripts, and getting the caller scheduled to meet with a member of our team. This role is integral to our mission of empowering retirees with clear, actionable financial guidance.
 

About the Role:

• Act as the primary point of contact for inbound callers, addressing concerns about meeting, providing information about our process, and ensuring a positive experience.

• Collaborate with the Scheduling Team to coordinate and schedule appointments with Retirement Planners.

• Engage with new prospects to help them gather and provide the necessary information as they prepare for their meeting.

• Work closely with the Scheduling Team Manager to support the team's goals and objectives.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive annual total compensation minimum of $48,000 + uncapped incentive compensation.
  • Opportunity to increase total compensation minimum to $50,000 + uncapped incentive compensation in first 6 months based on performance.

Please note: This position will require working a full weekend once every 3 weeks with two weekdays off to balance the work week.

The rotating schedule in summary is:

Week 1: Work Monday – Friday

Week 2: Work Monday – Thursday. Off Friday. Work Saturday – Sunday.

Week 3: OFF Monday and Tuesday. On Wednesday – Friday. Off Saturday – Sunday.

And repeat.
