Job Description - Client Relations Coordinator

Role Overview
We're expanding and looking for motivated, detail-focused individuals to join our team as Client Relations Coordinators. In this fully remote role, you'll play a key part in supporting clients through the planning and booking process—ensuring a smooth, organized, and positive experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Assist clients in organizing and coordinating personalized travel plans

  • Research, compare, and secure reservation options using approved systems

  • Provide clear, accurate information and recommendations based on client preferences and budgets

  • Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms

  • Handle booking updates, changes, and service-related requests efficiently

  • Participate in onboarding, training sessions, and team updates
