Client Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional support to clients, ensuring their day-to-day needs are met
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to uphold Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and enhance account profitability
Serve as the primary liaison between company and clients, managing all aspects of the contractual relationship
Coordinate with Operations Team for smooth implementation of print technology and support services
Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of satisfaction
Recommend operational enhancements to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness

Client Relationship Manager

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
Background in Managed Print Services is highly desirable
Experience in project management, preferably within multi-disciplinary teams
Customer service background in Technology/Managed Print Support is advantageous
Proficiency in MS Office suite and strong analytical skills
Ability to cultivate and fortify relationships with customers, including executives
Willingness to travel as required to meet client and internal demands
High energy levels and a proactive approach to task management
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
