Position Description:
Origis Services is looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for comprehensive management of key O&M customer accounts; duties include communication, monitoring and tracking activities while being the point of contact for a portfolio of the company’s O&M customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients with a thorough understanding of the customer’s strategy, priorities, and organization
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client base
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
Maintain regular communication and quarterly business reviews to ensure satisfaction of service and address issues
Develop strategy for improved customer value and increased level of service
Ensure that all contractual obligations are being met
Implements and improves processes as needed to facilitate increased levels of service
Establish best practices and implement process for streamlining invoicing
Track and process billables, resolve disputes on invoices, etc.
Identify areas of concern in the project portfolio and strategize to solve issues
Develop and participate in change management for continuous development of standard operating procedures
Provide regular reports and updates to management on account status and progress
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the energy industry with preference for solar experience
Cross-Functional project management experience is preferred
Proven track record of managing multiple accounts
Competence in Microsoft products (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SAP, and Salesforce
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to present and communicate internally and externally
Ability to help build and strengthen an organization, building structure over time

Travel : Up to 20% as needed
