About GreenSeason
At GreenSeason, we believe great landscaping starts with great relationships.
Our Client Relationship & Sales Managers are the trusted point of contact for our customers. They build strong relationships, understand what each property needs, and recommend solutions that improve the landscape and create value for the customer.
This is not a crew-management or branch-management position.
Our operations team is responsible for crews, routes, scheduling, and day-to-day production. That allows our Client Relationship Managers to focus on what they do best:
Taking care of customers, identifying opportunities, and growing relationships.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and residential landscape accounts.
You will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities for additional landscape services. You'll spend your time meeting with customers, visiting properties, identifying needs, developing recommendations, and selling solutions.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys people, sales, problem-solving, and the outdoors and wants to build a long-term career in the landscape industry.
What You'll Do
Build Strong Customer Relationships
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned commercial and residential customers.
Develop long-term relationships with property owners, property managers, facility managers, and homeowners.
Regularly visit properties to understand customer needs and evaluate landscape conditions.
Communicate proactively with customers and keep them informed.
Respond to concerns, solve problems, and follow through on commitments.
Become a trusted advisor rather than simply a service provider.
Identify & Sell Landscape Enhancements
A major part of this role is identifying opportunities to improve our customers' properties and recommending the right solutions.
You'll have the opportunity to sell services including:
Landscape upgrades and renovations
Irrigation installation and improvements
Tree work
Turf treatments
Shrub and ornamental treatments
Drainage solutions
Pest control
Termite services
Seasonal and other landscape enhancements
You'll inspect properties, identify opportunities, develop proposals, present solutions to customers, and follow up to close the sale.
You will earn commission on enhanced sales you generate.
Work With Our Operations Team
Communicate customer expectations and priorities to the operations team.
Coordinate enhancement projects from sale through completion.
Keep customers informed throughout the process.
Help resolve service issues by bringing the appropriate team members together.
Follow up after projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
What Makes GreenSeason Different?

What We're Looking For

You may have experience in landscaping, horticulture, irrigation, pest control, tree care, property management, construction, home services, outside sales, or another customer-facing industry.
The most important qualities are your ability to build trust, communicate, solve problems, and generate sales.
Successful candidates will be:

Proactive and observant
Organized and able to manage multiple customer relationships
