Signal Tru Brand is seeking a highly motivated Client Relationship Representative to join our professional team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and service quality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and service excellence.

  • Serve as the liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure expectations are met.

  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and offer tailored solutions.

  • Manage onboarding processes for new clients and support ongoing service delivery.

  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and prepare reports as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1+ years of experience in client relations, customer service, or account management.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
