Golden Shift Solutions is looking for a dedicated Client Relationship Representative to join our team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and a professional attitude. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a liaison between clients and our internal teams, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients.

• Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, requests, and concerns.

• Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

• Document and track all client interactions and communications.

• Identify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as account management or customer service.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• A solid understanding of business operations and professional etiquette.

• Fluency in English is required; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
