Client Representative

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential business customers—helping them understand clean energy solutions, guiding them through enrollment, and supporting a smooth transition every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and engage potential business customers, answering questions and offering personalized information

• Walk customers through the sign-up process and assist with any necessary paperwork

• Present clean energy service offerings to boost awareness and customer enrollments

• Use CRM software to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer records

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify qualified leads and maintain communication

• Stay up to date on all client service offerings, pricing, and current promotions

• Attend regular training sessions to improve your knowledge and grow professionally

• Contribute to both individual and team sales goals while delivering excellent service

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor

• Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks

• Experience in customer service or sales is a bonus, but not required—full training provided

• Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus
