Client Representative - Trial Specialist

The Client Representative - Trial Specialist is responsible for growing revenue in accounts by effectively driving pre-sale product trials. The trial process includes, but isn't limited to:

In this opportunity as a Client Representative you will:

* Individual WAYWO and ROI session with each trial member* Driving trial usage at the individual user level* Hosting PL Editor small group sessions within trials to drive value* Gathering user testimonials* Compiling trial success reporting intra trial and at point of trial conclusion* Effective transition of sold account/user to onboarding process* Primary product focus Practical Law, Practical Law Connect and Westlaw Edge - other products as they become relevant.

About You:

You're a fit for the role of Client Representative if you have:

* J.D. or equivalent legal experience* Strong communication and presentation skills, especially via telephone* High degree of professionalism* Customer centric focus required* Well-developed negotiation skills* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $74,200 - $137,800. The base compensation range in other locations may vary. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
