Job Description - Client Service Administrator

Location: East Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

A fine home furnishings company based in East Los Angeles is seeking a Client Service Administrator to join its close-knit and collaborative team. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication with clients and supporting cross-departmental coordination. The role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage administrative tasks with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and timeliness

  • Communicate the condition of items based on internal updates and inspection reports

  • Compile information from various departments and prepare internal reports

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, and Accounting) to resolve issues

  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems

  • Scan and upload documents into company databases or software

  • Follow written procedures, instructions, and standard operating protocols (SOPs) accurately

  • Use Microsoft Office tools and internal logs to manage tasks and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in administrative support or office coordination

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with spreadsheets and email platforms

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work

  • Ability to follow instructions and company procedures reliably

  • Experience in a small team or cross-functional environment is a plus

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
